Hello! Happy Friday! Here is this week’s vegetarian family grocery haul/food shop and our meal plan for the week. 🙂

Our vegetarian meal plan for the week:

[ ] Monday – pasta with cheese sauce and tomatoes

[ ] Tuesday – Quorn ‘chicken style’ fillets, baby mushrooms, green beans, chicken tonight sauce, potatoes

[ ] Wednesday – Creamy two mushroom risotto from Gousto –

[ ] Thursday – Pasta bake with the Aldi ‘Tuna’ pasta bake, sweetcorn, quorn pieces and crushed crisps and grated cheese baked on top.

[ ] Friday – Vegan pizza, dough balls & salad

[ ] Saturday – Thai Green Vegetable Curry With Lime –

[ ] Sunday – Eating out as it’s my SIL’s birthday

Please avoid soya its a hormone disrupt er. Your estrogen balance can go hay wire. Almond milk works even for coffee if you are going vegan. My hubby takes almond milk sometimes. My little daughter has to be vegan because of diary intolerance so we get almond and rice milk for her.

Mmmm… portabello mushrooms are great as bunless (non bread eater) burgers with all the toppings (usually, Keg seasoning, onions/mustard/hot sauce). I eat those while the rest of the fam eats cow (beef).
Love your grocery haul and your menu ideas. Your sweater is awesome too! Where do you shop for sweaters? It's -35 F here (Ontario, Canada)… so, need to keep warm and fashionable.

Love your grocery haul videos. I am the type of person who prefers cans and frozen food too. There is just not enough time in the day to stand in the kitchen for hours lol xx
