Hi I’m Alex! I started writing a blog back in 2013 as a way to capture my thoughts, feelings and emotions as I married my childhood sweetheart and we had our first child. I’m now a Mum of two little boys (Ethan & Logan) and I’ve continued writing, photographing and videoing ever since as a way to remember all of the little details that make up this amazing journey of Motherhood.

I am a part of Channel Mum, a community of super friendly, real Mums on YouTube who like to share the honest face of parenting. You can catch up with our videos and find out what we’re all about over at www.channelmum.com.

I'm vegetarian too………….. It's going to take me awhile to become vegan.

Sharon Johnson says:

Alex I'm really blown away with the meals you have shown, omg I'm very fussy and I'm wanting to try these. It's funny Harry won't eat meat, well only sausages lol,he doesn't like chewing for long. Maybe he would prefer vegetarian. Loved this vlog. Even got Gary looking over and saying oh that looks nice. Xx

Claire Bunyan says:

I’ve just recently rediscovered the same Quorn cook book. Loved the lasagne with the pesto, the tagine is really good too, as is the Spanish style sausage casserole. I often add in some extra veg like peppers or sweet corn

The Offiongs says:

Oooh some great ideas, we're a veggie family too x

Z M says:

Love this video. I've been vegetarian all my life- it's nice to see what others eat too. When did u become vegetarians?

Rebecca Lyons says:

I love the Linda Mc mozzarella burgers – so tasty! Anything Linda Mc is always a winner though 👍🏻 I’m loving using green lentils in place of quorn mince at the minute. I’m not a huge fan of soya mince so the lentils are a good alternative.x

Amy Palmer says:

We did lasagne with lentils the other day and it tasted so good! Vegetarian food has got so good over the last few years 🙌 haven't tried the Linda McCartney beef yet, will have to give it a shot

Zoe Deeley says:

Please can you give the ingredients and method for that particular sweet potato curry from Gousto? It looks amazing. Thanks

Kellie Cockcroft says:

I saw you mention the Quorn cookbook in another of your videos and I went straight onto the Quorn website and printed out lots of the recipes on there. I love the Keema Curry but it was a bit mild for me so next time I'll use a spicier curry paste or add more chilli. I'm really enjoying being meat free and trying all the wonderful meat alternatives that are out there. I don't miss meat at all and intact, I actually prefer the veggie alternatives. X

Elizabeth Willow says:

Thank you. It all looked so good. I will be trying a few of these.

Liza Prideaux says:
