INGREDIENTS LISTED BELOW ⬇⬇⬇ Here’s a 15 minute recipe that’s perfect for those days when you need to save time in the kitchen. This tortellini with veggies comes together so quickly, and is the perfect meal to pack for school or work. Enjoy this vegetarian goodness in 15 minutes or less!

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
250g frozen tortellini cooked to package instructions
1 cup of diced bell peppers
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
your favourite fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
