Cheesy creamy vegetable lasagna made so easy in the Ninja Foodi!

1.5 cups carrots
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
15 oz. ricotta cheese
1/2 cup half and half, milk, or cream
8 oz. 1/3 less fat cream cheese
6 oven ready lasagna noodles
2 Tbsp garlic
2 Tbsp onion onion from Pampered Chef (substitute with 1-2 Tbsp onion powder)
1 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp salt
1-2 Tbsp Italian seasoning (season to desired taste)
3 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
3 cups mozzarella cheese
Combine chopped veggies with cream cheese, ricotta cheese, 1/2 and 1/2, and seasonings.
Layer noodles then cheese/veggie mix and top each layer with mozzarella and parmesan cheese
Cover with foil and pressure cook 24 min. Let pressure release naturally 7 minutes then release pressure vent
Remove foil and broil or air crisp 5-10 minutes until desired browning occurs
Let cool for 15 minutes before serving
