What I eat in a day as a vegetarian to stay healthy and skinny! Leave me a comment on what is your favourite first thing in the morning and why 🤗 All vegetarian recipes in the description below. 🤗

Before having breakfast I always have a big glass of warm water with lemon

Chia seeds pudding recipe:

3 tbs of chia seeds
150 ml any plant-based milk
1 banana
Any toppings you like
Add milk to chia seeds and mix frequently
Once the liquid is absorbed add toppings

3 tlbs of freshly grounded coffee

Pour water in Chemex Cup
Leave for 5 minutes to finish dripping
Add milk as desired
I usually choose healthy snacks like fruits and veggies
Avocado sandwich recipe:

2 slices of bread (Toast bread if desired)
Hummus and pesto
1 avocado
tomato and cucumber
Add hummus on one slice and pesto on another one
Slice veggies and place them on bread
Sprinkle some salt and cayenne pepper and drizzle olive oil
Assembly the sandwich and slice in half

Vegan Pesto recipe:

1/2 cup of soaked cashew
1 cup of fresh basil
1 cup of spinach
Blend all ingredients in the blender
Add salt, pepper, lemon juice, olive oil, and lots of nutritional yeast

Spinach salad recipe:

Shredded carrots
Add salt, pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil
Grilled veggie recipe:

Any kind of veggies
Cut all veggies in equalsizes
Add olive oil, salt, cayenne pepper
Massage veggies with oil
Preheat oven at 450F
Place in the oven for 15 minutes
Toast veggies every 5 min for a better taste

Tofu scrambled eggs:

200 gr organic tofu
1 white onion
Slice onion and fry for 5 min on a pan
Scramble tofu and add to the pan
Add lemon juice, salt and lots of nutrition yeast
Roast for another 10 min


1 cup of quinoa
2 cups of water
Bring the mixture to a boil, put on lower temperature and cover with the lid for another 10 min
