Rice in any form (white, brown, wild) is naturally gluten free. I feel like you're misleading people implying that only brown rice is gluten free.

Can you replace the coconut sugar with something else. I find this sugar leaves me an after taste. I am very fragile with substitute sugars. What works the best for me is honey or m syrup.
