This is a must try recipe! The ultimate vegan spaghetti carbonara! tasty fresh vegan spaghetti with a ton of flavour and creamy goodness. When you go vegan you don’t have to miss out on the classics!

Recipe ingredients:

80g firm tofu
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 table spoons nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
4 table spoons olive oil
160g dried spaghetti
1/2 cup vegan cream
1/3 cup vegan cheese
40g fresh parsley

As far as I’m aware we don’t have soy cream in Australia 🤔 I’ll just use soy milk.
