INGREDIENTS (PREP INSTRUCTIONS):
PRE-HEAT OVER TO 425 DEGREES
On medium heat, add 1 TBSP Avocado Oil https://go.magik.ly/ml/ef1h/
Then, add:
3/4 Cup Bell Peppers (roughly chopped)
30-50 grams (or more) Baby Bella Mushrooms (roughly chopped)
Saute bell peppers & mushrooms for 2 to 3 minutes, then season with:
Ground cumin / McCormick Roasted Garlic & Herb Marinade / Chili powder and/or garlic salt (monitor salt)
Next, add the following and caramelize:
3/4 Cup Sweet Onions (roughly chopped)
1-2 Cloves of Garlic (grated or chopped)
Prepare Quorn Meatless Nuggets:
Place on parchment paper & bake for approximately 15-20 minutes
Once cooled (slice)
Thinly slice 1.0 to 1.5 Cups Fresh Spinach
Add 1 TSP Avocado Oil (optional) + massage spinach
Add 1 TBSP Simply Nature Cesar Dressing (from Aldi)
(Optional) Add sliced tomatoes, onions & ground black pepper
Set aside/refrigerate
Prepare Guac
1/2 Avocado (100 grams OR LESS)
Juice of a lime
1-2 TBSP bell peppers, tomatoes
1 Clove of Garlic
Fresh cilantro (chopped – optional)
Toast/brown 1 Tumaros Sourdough Wrap
Add 1/4 Cup of Vermont White Extra Sharp Cheese (optional)
Layer sauteed vegetables, fresh spinach and chik’n nuggets
Let cool, then cut and serve

This isnt a vegetarian quesadilla because cheese is made from cows milk but it honestly still looked bomb i actually would use my chickless chicken strips to make this 💅💯
