Made this soup tonight and it was delicious! I was wondering what to do with some extra leeks and carrots then I saw your video. Thanks for the simple idea, Chetna! It's been lovely to see your quick recipe videos of what you're cooking at the moment.

Nicole Whitis-Purva says:

I’m obsessed with your recipes! They are always quick and delicious. I made this today. I kept it a little thick and only partially puréed; we ate it with toasted buttered challah and called it Anglo pav bhaji. 😂

May Ginsberg says:

This is exactly what I was making for dinner for 2 months in winter. I also added chopped butternut squash when I had it. It was so easy to cook and to eat, and so nutritious and digestible.

Isabel Combe says:

Can I come for a meal looks lush! Xx

S B says:

Chetna I made this yesterday, it was delicious, thanks. I really wait for your new video everyday, in current times around, your videos are something I look forward to.

This was perfectly timed. I'd ran out of bread and was getting sick of crackers. Had no garlic unfortunately but still full of flavour, and I couldn't believe how much difference the chili flakes made. Thanks again Chetna!

Yoshiko Yeto says:

I truly appreciate this extra content, Chetna! Please take care.

Russell Carriann Horstead says:

I made this for dinner tonight. It was delicious. I have just enough leftovers for one bowl for lunch. My family loved it! Thank you Chetna.

Nick Drisdell says:

That looks amazing. My family leaves some potato chunky and makes grilled cheese sandwiches as well. I just made the palak paneer recipe and added roasted cauliflower and potatoes, yum. Thanks for all the recipes! 🙂

Jo Leipold says:

I really appreciate your attitude towards things/life plus recipies, of course. Just thought I should share that with you.

Butter in the recipe… "vegan" in the title…
Seriously?
OMG

Sherry Shelton says:

I love your recipes because I’m trying to eat more plant based. I noticed you mostly use sunflower oil. Is it one of the more healthy oils?

Ray Radiance says:

I’m so happy you’re giving us new recipes on a daily basis, I love your vegetarian food, it’s healthy and hearty enough for my taste!

John Dough says:

I like a little more texture in my soups. To get that I reserve a cup of the mixture before blitzing it, then add it back to the pureed mixture. It ends up smooth with some chunky bits.

A14BYT says:

Thanks for a lovely simple yummy recipe and it’s vegan friendly – yay 🙌🏻 – can’t wait to try it!!!!

Can you do some easy dump and go instant pot recipes please Chetna x
