Easy, healthy and delicious vegetarian french toast with banana and cashews. Its crispy edges, soft centre, golden brown color is perfect with honey!

Have this for breakfast, brunch or in the kids lunch box. everyone will love it!!!!

Vegetarian french toast:-

1/4 cup Cashews
1 Banana
1/2 cup Milk
1 tbsp Corn flour
1 tbsp Sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
Dash of salt
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Oil

Directions:-

1. In a blender add cashews, milk, salt, corn flour, sugar, banana. Blend until its smooth and transfer to the flat plate.

2. Place the bread in banana batter for 30 secs and on the medium -high flame, cook it for a min on each side until its golden brown.

3. You can make six toasts from this batter.

4. Serve toasts with honey. Yumm..
