Creamy Mushroom Soup | Ultimate mushroom recipe | VEGAN | Chili in a pod| cream of mushroom soup
serving 2 person
1 onion, finely chopped
10 mushroom, chopped
1 tsp maida/ plain flour
2 cup vegetable stock
salt to taste
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup cream
Preparation time: 15 min
cooking time: 25 min
1.cut the mushroom (10 numbers or more) in to small pieces and keep aside.
2.add a small cube of butter to a pan and add 2 tbsn olive oil to it.
3. Add medium diced onion along with 2 garlic pieces finely chopped. 4.cook them till they turn golden brown.
5.add the diced mushroom now and cook for 10 min or till they loose the water and turn soft
6. Now add 2 cup of vegetable stock and cook for another 10 min.
7.Now take half the mushroom and blend it to a paste. (wait till the mushroom cool down before putting in to a blender).
8.Add the paste back to the mushroom mixture and cook for 2 min.
9. Add 1 cup of cream or almond milk(if Vegan) and allow it to boil for 5 min.
10. Mushroom soup is ready.
