Orlando Lazar says:

Exactly what I needed to make for my grandparents on Sunday. I'm buying a big carp. Making a stock out of the head, tail and gills, the file marinated , cornstarched and fried with rice and julienne stir fried vegetables . And from the belly I'm gonna make this. I think it will turn out delicious. Thank you!

Hi Trang, can I please request a pho bo demonstration or recipe using the instant pot? Our family loves the pho ga recipe you posted using the instant pot and would love something similar for pho bo!

I really like how you’ve place the list of ingredients along with the images of the actual ingredients. It makes an non Asian or an Asian person who is just learning to cook recognizes the items when doing their shopping at their local Asian markets. Your channel is underrated. Thank you for making them.
