Gummies & peanut butter cups are classics & one of our favourite treats! What if its made from scratch at home with healthy sweetners. Orange Lemon gummies have immune boosting qualities when made from freshly squeezed Orange & lemon! Agar agar is used as a vegan substitute which has numerous health benefits instead of Gelatin/Jello. So easy to make & enjoy it guilt free!

Ingredients:
Orange Gummies(makes 25 to 30 gummies)
1 cup fresh Orange juice (can use store bought 100% juice)
1 cup water
1.5 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Maple syrup/ as needed
2 tsp Agar Agar powder

Peanut Butter cups
2 cups Chocolate chips( milk chocolate preferably unsweetened)
1/3 cup maple syrup( if using unsweetened chocolate)
1/4 cup Peanut butter
Salt ( skip if using salted peanut butter)

Notes:
+ Use preferred sweeteners such as stevia / honey
+ For every 1/2 cup liquid, 1/2 tsp Agar agar is used
+ Freeze & serve for best experience
+ Use milk chocolate chips with salted peanut butter for best taste like reese’s
+ Use any fruit juice for gummies. Tried strawberry & raspberry gummies. They turned out great.
+ check for the taste of Orange juice & adjust maple syrup & Lemon juice accordingly
+ Agar has no carbs, no sugar, not fat and is loaded with fiber. It’s free from starch, soy, corn, gluten, yeast, wheat, milk, egg and preservatives. It absorbs glucose in the stomach, passes through digestive system quickly and inhibits the body from retaining and storing excess fat.
