Jamie champions frozen veg in this classic cauliflower cheese recipe, filmed as part of Jamie’s Money Saving Meals series broadcast back in 2013. Tender cauliflower florets in a broccoli and cheese sauce topped with crunchy breadcrumbs. A delicious dish that’s simple to make and half the price of the fresh version.
Prices shown in the video were correct at the time the show aired in the UK on Channel 4 in 2013.

Get your measurements right moron…you put in about 1 cup of flower…not 2 tablespoons. Very misleading.

the Cauliflower needs to be par-boiled before putting in the dish – mine was in the oven for 40 mins and the Cauliflower was still completely raw

Lovely to watch. The recipe is in the oven but no mention of cooking times. I allowed 15 minutes for the cauliflower at 200 degrees and then mixed in the other ingredients for a further 15 minutes.. Cannot wait to eat lunch.
