This week was all about Italian inspired dishes ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น

We had an awesome time cooking five quick and easy Italian inspired recipes. From our mouthwateringly creamy vegan carbonara to the epic lasagna that only requires one pan and takes 30 minutes! Thereโ€™s bound to be something you love.

Well be cooking live every weeknight at 6pm UK time, weโ€™d love you to come and cook along with us. This coming week is all about Mexican food!

Guys, carbonara is made with eggs so it is quite yellow. You made a kind of Alfredo pasta (which is unknown in Italy). Still surely delicious, though. I'll try your version. Anyway, one of the closest recipes for carbonara that I've found is the one by The Vegan Corner. They used carrots and the look is great. It doesn't taste like carrots at all.

Why not cook the spaghetti separately then just mix it into the onion/tomatoes instead of diluting the flavours with all that water.
