Laura Williams says:

Top tip with washing the leeks Luke; top & tail the leeks, & slice all the way down the middle from the top the bottom, that way when you’re running them under a cold tap to wash it’ll rinse out any mud / sand on the inside of the leek which is where you need to be most careful of with leeks 🙂 it also makes slicing / cooking easier as they’ll be in slightly smaller pieces! I grew up on a farm & I was around lots of vegetable & fruit growing lol! It’s ingrained in my brain!!
Do you rate the Linda McCartney ‘meat’balls over the Quorn ones? I’m not full veggie but have used Quorn mince for years over beef, used to really enjoy Quorn meatballs but haven’t bought any in years. I saw the Linda McCartney ones on sale a few months ago but wasn’t sure if to pick them up or not! I love her mozzarella burgers if you haven’t tried them, yum! Delicious meals as always, thanks for sharing!! Xx

I've made so many of your meals….. I like that you base some stuff on recipes but use what you have …. it's made me realise that it's not the end of the world if I don't have all the exact ingredients and my parsnips don't need to be perfect. Everything I've tried has been really tasty (even when I've deviated slightly) and I look forward to your next meal ideas 😊

Loved, "gravy obviously, always gravy " Agreed!!! 😁👍 these look interesting, need to find some leeks! Also, it's not easy to find passata in the US or at least in LA. Maybe a blend of tomato paste and tomato sauce? Anyways, I love these vids!!!
