In this video you will learn how to make Blueberry Cobbler! This is one of the easiest recipes if you’re short for time and you need to whip up a quick dessert for the family! You can also Substitute blueberries with fresh apples, raspberries or even cherries! But keep in mind you need to cook the fruit in a saucepan To soften it up if you choose to go that route.

3 cups of fresh blueberries
1 tbsp cornstarch
½ cup of sugar
½ cup of butter
1 large egg
1 tsp of vanilla
½ cup of milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsp of baking powder

In a bowl, add approximately 3 cups of fresh blueberries.

Mix blueberries with ½ cup sugar and 1 tbsp of cornstarch. Set aside.

Spread blueberry mixture into a 11” baking dish. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, add ½ cup of butter (room temp) and ½ cup of sugar and 1 large egg. Mix well. Next, add 1 tsp of vanilla and ½ cup of milk. Mix ingredients then set aside.

In a small bowl, sift 1 cup flour and 1 ½ tsp of baking powder. Then combine all ingredients and mix well.

Next, pour batter over the blueberries and spread to cover the fruit.

Bake at 325°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

Serve with ice cream (optional)
