There is a different kind of fiber in broccoli stems vs broccoli crowns. I make a point of eating both.
I'm on the Mexican border but from Chicago. I'm spoiled by Chicago as I was able to buy every and any food ever. I looked for alfalfa sprouts as I love them too….nope couldn't find them. I'm still pissed off. Lol
I'm working on adding more veggies but the biggest problem I have is my acid reflux. There are a lot of veggies that cause me problems so I have kind of a narrow group of foods I can eat right now.

Tomato is a fruit commonly misunderstood as a vegetable. Not all fruits are sweet. Not all vegetables have what everyone believes has.

Pro tip. Try not to have coffee qith your breakfast. It hurts your ability to absorb iron. I mean the orange helps you better absorb it so why try to cancel it out?

tomato is a fruit. fruit grows from seeds that are inside other fruit, vegetables grow from from plants that contain seeds in other places instead of inside the vegetable, so basically if it has seeds it's a fruit if it doesn't it's a vegetable
