1 cup Potatoes – boiled, peeled and mashed
1/4 cup finely chopped Cabbage
1/4 cup Carrot grated
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup green peas
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp chilly powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 cup Maida / all purpose flour
1 tbsp Corn starch
6-10 Small Bread Sticks/ Candy Sticks
1/2 cup schezwan sauce
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp corn starch
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
Method: Let’s start with chopping the Cabbage then grate the Carrot. Next, take them in the Bowl and add Green Peas (crushed), Potatoes (boiled & mashed), Garlic (crushed), Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper (crushed), Salt. Mix it all together properly, then add Bread Crumbs. Now divide the mixture into lemon size balls (as shown in the video) add candy stick into the ball do the same with the remaining mixture. Next, keep the Ball mixture in the freezer for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes take the Mixture and prepare the Batter for the Lollipop for which add Refined flour in the Bowl, Corn Starch now mix all of this properly together and add Salt, Water. Now mix it all together and make the thick batter (as shown in the video). Next, dip the Lollipop into the batter mixture and drop it in Hot oil for frying. Now your Veg Lollipop is ready and now let’s make the Sauce (optional) for which heat up the pan and add Schezwan Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, Water, Salt & Slurry using Corn Starch & water mix it all together. Now finally dip the Lollipop into the Sauce completely and your Crispy Veg Lollipop is ready to serve.
