Happy (almost) Cinco De Mayo🎉Today I’m showing you how to make vegan + gf flautas!

Ingredients –

1 package of tempeh
8 oz of mushrooms
3 TBS avocado oil, for cooking
1/4 onion, diced
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 chipotle in adobo, minced
1 TBS tomato paste
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp ground coriander
Juice of half a lime
Salt to taste

1 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
1/4 cup cilantro
Splash of apple cider vinegar
Juice of half a lime
1 TBS vegan mayo

1 ripe avocado
1/4 cup vegan sour cream
Juice of half a lime
Salt to taste

Food processor –
Silicon baking sheets –
Baking trays –
Avocado oil spray –
Non stick pan –
