Chris, I am trying out your recipe. I appreciate that you show us the Caribbean way of cooking greens that grow in other parts of the world and that your methods keeps in as much of the vitamins and minerals right where it is needed. The recipes found lack flavor that my Caribbean tongue is used to. This Vegan and gluten free recipe is so appreciated. Thank you so much!
