cultured cashew cream:
soak 1 cup raw cashews in water overnight. drain and puree in a food processor until smooth, adding water as necessary to achieve desired texture. transfer to a clean container and stir in 1 tablespoon unsweetened plain vegan yogurt, or the contents of a vegan probiotic capsule. cover and allow to culture at room temperature for 2-3 days, or until sour.
