Listen to me…THESE COOKIES ARE AMAZING! Even if you’re not vegan. But if you ARE vegan, you will never regret your decision to become vegan because of a lack of decent cookies! Ever again!

Recipe –
300g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp salt
100g caster sugar
100g light brown sugar
120 ml vegetable oil
75ml water
1 tsp vanilla extract
100g chocolate chips of your choice!

Hey ! I just made them both freezing it and just refrigerating the cookie balls ten minutes before baking and both turned out AMAZING. They are crunchy on the outside and super soft inside, not too crumbly and I love them! <3 thank you so much for the recipe!

Thanks Jemma for sharing this recipe! I baked it for a gathering and everyone loves it!!! I substituted caster sugar with light brown sugar, resulting in a chewy cookie which spreads less, nevertheless the taste is still awesome! I also used chocolate chips which works just as fine! Gonna bake another batch which follows the exact recipe! Yum!!!

Done this 7 hours ago and just pulled the dough out of the fridge but it's way too sticky to handle.. Will put back in and leave over night to see if that makes a difference..
