Give It A Little Spice Focaccia Italian Bread

Italian Focaccia Bread With Give It A Little Spice:

1/2 Cup water
1 Cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 TBLS olive oil
1/2 tsp basil
1 tsp yeast (optional)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 TBLS Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 425 and in a grease 9X13 pan
Spread in pan with oiled fingers, Drissle oil and sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.
Bake about 25 min. or until golden brown

Vegetarian Style Potato Soup, with Bacon Bits:

3-4 Medium Potatoes Chopped
1/2 – 3/4 Cup Onion Chopped
2 TBLS Olive Oil
2 TBLS Vegan Margarine
1 TSP Finely minced garlic
1 Can of Cream of Mushroom or Celery Soup
1 1/2 Can of Cold Water
3 TBLS Flour
2 TBLS White Cheddar Cheese Powder
2 TBLS Parmesan Cheese
salt and pepper to taste

In a dutch oven, Saute the Onions in EVOO, and Margarine until translucent, add garlic, saute 1 min. Add Potatoes. Add the rest of the ingredients to another bowl and whisk together. Making sure there are no lumps. Add liquid mixture to the dutch oven, and bring to boil. reduce to a low heat, and simmer for 20 min or until the potatoes are fork tender. Check salt and pepper. May add more cheese if needed to make creamier.
