Kadalai Mavu /Besan flour – 1 cup
Rice Flour – 1/4th cup
Turmeric powder – ¼ Tsp.
Chilli powder – 3/4th Tsp.
Salt – as required
Perungayam /Hing – 1 Pinch
Sombu/ Fennel seeds – 1 Tsp.
Jeera – ½ Tsp.
Oil – for frying
Water for sprinkling
Chopped Veg. – 1 ½ cups
(Carrot – 1, Potato – 1, cabbage, cauliflower ½ cup )
Ginger, Corriander leaves, curry leaves and Pudina leaves.
Onion and garlic can be optionally added.
Pudina and Sombu give nice aroma.
