-2-3 tablespoons thinly-sliced basil
-1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (or sub minced garlic)
-2 teaspoons olive oil
-pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

serve on toast

May I ask why you use stevia for your oatmeal and coffee and other things? I never considered that the small amount of sugar I might put in those things could be a health concern, especially for someone as fit as you. And you mentioned you have the Ben&Jerry's which obviously has a lot of sugar so I'm confused. I'm not trying to criticize, I just want to understand your reasoning. Is it the time of day? You don't want to have refined sugar in the morning?
