This recipe serves 10, so you should have plenty left over to freeze and use another time. I love batch cooking, and this tasty and wholesome family meal is perfect to cook in bulk. It’s one of my favourites, so give it a go and let me know your thoughts in the comments box below.

Nu Bodhi says:

Best veggie/vegan chilli ever! Absolutely delicious & so hearty – didn't miss meat at all.
These quantities produce a HUGE amount of food though so be warned! I used half this amount for a family of 4 and still had leftovers for another meal.
Thanks Kerryann!

Wonder Woman says:

If you don’t like spice avoid the smoked paprika, it’s quite overpowering. I’d use half the amount 🙂 great dish

Your recipes are always brilliant.

ciepularys says:

If you want to make this and you are reading the comments before cooking it – don't use a teaspoon of cinnamon. Use like a pinch or 1/4 teaspoon and add more if you need it when the dish is done. It's very overpowering.

Damien Abbott says:

Hi Kerryann
Many years ago I tried cooking Linda McCartney’s Chili Non Veggie, but your recipe takes the dish to a whole new level.
Thank you so much and a Happy New Year!!!
