Best veggie/vegan chilli ever! Absolutely delicious & so hearty – didn't miss meat at all.
These quantities produce a HUGE amount of food though so be warned! I used half this amount for a family of 4 and still had leftovers for another meal.

If you don’t like spice avoid the smoked paprika, it’s quite overpowering. I’d use half the amount 🙂 great dish
Your recipes are always brilliant.
If you want to make this and you are reading the comments before cooking it – don't use a teaspoon of cinnamon. Use like a pinch or 1/4 teaspoon and add more if you need it when the dish is done. It's very overpowering.
