OMG. This is what I need now too. Just made it and heavenly. The salting tomatoes is the key here. I skipped the corn flour part to keep it wholesome and still rocks.

In Vietnam we have a cute name for this – the egg white is named the white clouds, while the red tomatoes are called pinky dash on such clouds. My fav since childhood!
