Tried making hours long ramen once… I cried when I finally got to taste it.

Not going to lie, this isn't the best presentation of Tantanmen I've ever seen. That said it definitely looks legit.
My favorite way to enjoy is to add some gyoza vinegar sauce along with some sweet corn.

I make a recipe very similar to this but instead of the bean paste I substitute Lan-chi garlic Chili paste and use coconut milk/cream instead of soymilk. It's sooooooooo good.

Thanks for this. I’m gonna make a budget ramen out of this recipe lol I’m thinking buying a miso instead of gochujang and I’m just gonna mix it with hot sauce 😂.. then ok fine I’m gonna buy a sesame paste, soy milk, then maybe I’m not sure if I’m going to buy rice wine though. Everything is good. I’m just gonna use egg noodles for my version of this recipe. Hmm. 😋
