MaryLisa Noyes says:

No salt and pepper looks yum

k smith says:

Beautiful!!! Your Italian is wonderful and easy to follow even if I cannot speak the language. You are cooking and so explaining through a universal language already!!!

Andrika Brown says:

Where can I get the saute pan? Can't find exact model anywhere.

Natrixxvision says:

My understanding, Mr Viviani, is that you're from Tuscany. Bologna isn't in Tuscany….

Natrixxvision says:

If you don't understand Italian. LEARN ITALIAN.

Crusoe says:

Thank you Fabio! I'm Italian and I often cook for my vegetarian girlfriend. I also did the Bolognese sauce with lentils, they give that meaty look and taste if cooked properly and with the Bolognese base sauce. Grazie!

Vincenzo's Plate says:

Grande Fabio…anche se è vegana 😁😋

William Fannucchi says:

Secondo me puoi parlare italiano e basta. Ma ascolta quando faccio calzone per miei amici vegani non posso usare ricotta o formaggi di alcun tipo. Per questo motivo non posso definirlo un calzone. Why? its a freaking veggie pocket. (una tasca di verdura si, calzone no) Quindi forse la salsa non può nemmeno essere definita bolognese. Just sayin. Otherwise its a nice recipe and I might try it if I can get over the broccoli and cauliflower. Aspetta, penso di sentire che squilla il telefono dall'inferno

Barb Alborano says:

I’ve made Bolognese with chopped mushrooms and also with cauliflower rice. The cauliflower rice gives it that meaty look.

Margaret Leonette says:

What kind of pan are you using here??

Arjan de Graaff says:

Why not use vegan minced meat?

SuwanneeTexas says:

Thank you Fabio, now I can make Bolognese for my husband 😘. Understand, or not, I LOVE when you speak Italian.

Marco says:

Oh man, that sucks for Grandpa!
