can you use eggs or maybe corn starch instead of the tapioca starch? What does the yeast do? What makes it nutritional as opposed to regular? So many questions.

In the Caribbean we make lentil patties and you really don't miss the meat, it's delicious, you just need to soak the lentils overnight, blend it and add your seasonings, shape it and fry or bake it…but I'll definitely be trying his recipe😊

Such an adorable chef, plant based diet or at least low animal protein diet makes people calmer and inspiring, it affects our levels of fraternity and the cherry on the cake is that it's also soooooo much delicious 😉 Love from France ❤️

Thanks for this recipe. I made couple of small adjustments for my taste and it is fabulous. The reason people are eating a plant based diet is because a lot of us cannot justify the horror that is happening to animals. It is not OK to torture and murder any beings, especially for the sake of taste…
