Know for stuffy steakhouses and a dime a dozen fast-casual restaurants, the last restaurant you’d expect to find in Washington, D.C. is the country’s most exciting vegan spot. Chef-owners Richard Landau and Kate Jacoby, are rockstars within the plant-based culinary scene, with a laundry list of hit Philadelphia restaurants like Vedge. After setting their sights outside the city of Brotherly love, the two landed on D.C. as the perfect place for their new laid-back plant-based location. Serving a mix of approachable and fun veggie dishes, like their must-order rutabaga fondue, which astoundingly mimics melted cheese. They also play off different Asian-styles of cuisine, like their mouth-numbing dan dan noodles, which could bring an end to all of D.C.’s partisan issues.

Stupid vegans should be executed! They make everything so complicated! Stupid fucks aren’t ever gonna make a difference in the world! If I was President I would force them to eat meat as punishment by earth law!
Recipes please
Dauuuum! 😘

He said Health nuts.
No offence, but you can't be fancy without fish egg caviar, fine wine, and mushroom stroganoff, fancy people have to like certain things, period! And as much as it hurts your selective beliefs in food, you can't be fancy and a vegan, you can only be fancy and a pesco-vegan, that's the limit to vegetarianism as regards good taste.
Beautifully done food! Let's however not try to sell vegan/vegetarian food saying it's so-much-like-some-meat!!
Pretty good. Plant based food (vegetarian, vegan, raw food, fruitarian, juicing) has come a long way and is only getting better and better.
Why does this guy kinda look like luke bryan? haha
awesome restaurant!!!!!
Always down to try something new. But I do love meat!
