I made the soup, it's good, but too much tomato for the soup, taste like tomato soup!

I made this tonight and it was very good even with the substitutions I had to make. Only had a 15 oz can of the fire roasted tomatoes and used a box of unsalted chicken stock. No lemon so I used about 2 tbls red wine vinegar.
