I tried this cookie recipe this weekend and it was delicious. My non-vegan kids even enjoyed them.
You can never go wrong with a healthy vegan salad, vibrant fruits and vegetables, and of course, freshly baked vegan chocolate chip cookies! So relieved to see that was red bell pepper in the macaroni salad. At first I thought it was tomato and I was like noooo, you can’t put tomato in a classic macaroni salad!
