I’ve wanted to see if I could make FRESH PASTA using JUST EGG… and then the idea came for an authentic carbonara recipe, using vegan replacements 1-1. Can we make non vegan recipes, vegan, by using off the shelf products and nail a perfect recipe?? Lets find out!

Okay so i actually make fresh pasta without eggs before. I used potatoes puree with some vege stock……It doesn't stick…DON'T DO THAT GUYS

This is horrible.
Why not make a recipe for Pu
marola or Pasta al Pomodoro? Both are Vegan and easy to make.
Why are you trying to make Tonnarelli (Fresh Pasta) for a Carbonara recipe?
The traditional recipe calls for dry Pasta without egg.
Most of all, why did you overcook the Pasta. Damn im salty now…
