How can you make vegi quiche, but still add eggs!!

Achei que era realmente um quiche vegano.
Bom, existem três tipos de vegetarianos: o ovolacto, o estrito e o vegano.
O vegano e o estrito tem o mesmo tipo de alimentação: sem nenhum tipo de produto animal: sem leite, ovos, carne, presunto, mel, enfim. Mas o vegano leva isso como estilo de vida não usando couro ou produtos testados em animais, tentando diminuir a crueldade animal.
O ovolacto vegetariano não consome carne animal (peixe, camarão, frango etc), mas come leite e ovos.
Então o veggie do tÃtulo está errado. Mesmo assim, achei a receita muito boa. Tentarei adaptar pra o que eu como. Beijos
