Love it. Easy to make vegan as well. Gonna try this.
How this man belittled the kitchen staff at the height of his popularity in his weekly cooking show a few years ago, shall forever leave a sour taste in my mouth. no matter how good his recipe. you gordon are a parasite.
This video is to promote his book not to teach how to make this soup step by step.
this is a dish we eat most of the time in the middle east
Ramsey: "And then, really to sort of home in on that amazing, earthy flavor, just a little touch of olive oil on top."
Adds 1/4 cup of olive oil.

Classic Italian Lasagna. . https://youtu.be/bpnXot1Pesc
Where are the list of ingredients? This is a lousy video of "how to make soup"
Canned beans?!? Canned?????!… Sigh..
Savory would be lovely, too, instead of rosemary or thyme.
who knows what is the pan that he's using?
Just saw this, 8 years later…Gordon, this soup needs grated Parmesan at the end – NOT feta!
I was really enjoying this until he threw a load of Feta in the pan. Disgusting!
I love Gordon.
The cliffnote version:Saute whatever veggies you have on hand. Turnips add a robust flavor for example. Add a bit of tomato puree. Get some confidence in the pan. Add butterbeans. Mix in with the flavors. Add the stock. Bring to a boil then turn it down and let it simmer. Add some seasonings such as Italian herbs or fresh parsley. That's it. Sauté veggies, add some beans and broth and have yourself a great soup.
Oh my gosh he used a garlic press 😱😱😱
Dizzy , turning off ,
With tomato skins? Extra lectins needed?
Why is this woman asking these stupid questions? Are they cooking or selling a book?
