Ikjyot Singh says:

75 percent of Indians above the age of 15 are Non-Vegetarian

svariar says:

all the people need to know a shocking fact which i have uncovered recently from surveying population density across the world currently [using google earth]……..the world DOES NOT have 7 billion people but less than 3.5 billion people……what is even more shocking is india has 1.5 billion [not 1.3 billion] and the rest of the world has less than 2 billion people [china only has 400-500 million people] which means india's share of the world population is not 1/7th but nearly 1/2………then i realised something it is said in vedic scriptures that in this age known as kaliyuga dharma [divine principles] is only 25% and one of the basic tenets of vedic dharma is procuring food without killing animals……this translates to 1/4th of the world population being vegetarian and ironically india is roughly 40-60% vegetarian and accounts for most of the world's vegetarian population which matches up with india's actual share of the earth's population…..also ever since industrial mass processed meat industry started most societies that are not only non vegetarian but per capita meat consumption being extremely high are now facing a severe demographic and disease epidemic and their populations have started shrinking [this also why india's share of population has increased exponentially in the last century while the west and affluent east asia stagnates]

vidko bregant says:

who wants to become a better person and drop meat?

ROV DOG says:

Unfortunately the milk and egg industry In this world is far more cruel than the meat industry. The practices exhibited through mass producing milk and eggs esp. in the west is by far disgusting and inhumane. We as a people need to take the extra step and go completely plant based, not just for our health but for the animals and our planet.

Mr Best says:

Sensitivity is insensitivity.

Sundil says:

I believe most people would not want to kill an animal for food. Visit a slaughter house & witness the bone chilling truth about the fear the animal goes through….the fear & pain remains in the meat cells & is transfered to the human body….disease, cancer, etc….our epidemic.

AnimalsAre BeautifulPeople says:

Wasnt' the percentage far less just a few years ago?

Shashank K R says:

I am one of the 5%

Shobit Chaturvedi says:

Njom The realest!!! says:

KM Sunil Kumar says:

I'm a vegetarian went vegan last year

vk says:

I am Indian. 29% of Indian Population is Purely Vegetarian which means 1.35billon's 29% = 390 million Indians are Vegetarian. World population is 7.63 billion and According to video 5% are Vegetarian which means around 381 million people in the world are vegetarian. which means all Vegetarians are Indians Only. Lolz..!! Video needs correction. because China also have buddhist population. people there also will be vegetarian. In South east asia many people will be vegetarian due to lage buddhist population.

Vishal Choubey says:

5% is wrong answer I think it must be more than 20 % I am also vegetarian by birth and never have and nor touch nonvege foods and I never saw any nonveg person in my whole society because I belong brahmin hindu family and society where eating meat, moton, fish or eggs is very very hateable things I don't consider that how would we can eat the died body it must be very hate and cruel thing to us

dearjem says:

0:00 omg i've been there <3

TheDevVaidya says:

INDIA CAN NEVER EVER BE VEGETARIAN MANY OF US ARE, BUT MOST OF US AND TO BE ACCURATE BETWEEN 70 TO 73% OF INDIANS CONSUME NONVEGETARIAN. CERTAIN MEAT ARE NOT EATEN BY THE MASSES LIKE BEEF BECAUSE OF HINDU BELIEF ANF PORK BECAUSE OF ISLAMIC BELIEFS. THERE IS NO REASON TO CONSIDER INDIA VEGETARIAN, ALL THE CURRIES YOU EAT, ALL THE TANDOORI AND BUTTER CHICKEN YOU EAT COMES FROM INDIA.

Dhanhyaa says:

5%? The percentage needs to be increased. 😉

saqib khan says:

Proud to be in 95% non vegetarians lol.

Christo Chiramukhathu says:

Vegetarians are devils… Devil worshipers. Because God commanded to eat meat. They violate God's law and obey devil

DangerDave says:

We gotta improve this number!

SDVD Z says:

The more important question: how many youtube viewers are vegetarian? Lol
