Today, I will share 3 delicious Korean vegan side dish recipes with you.
The fist vegan side is gluten free zucchini Jeon called โ€œAeHoBak Jeon (์• ํ˜ธ๋ฐ•์ „)โ€ using grated potato instead of flour.
The second vegan side is cooked bok choy seasoned with soybean paste called โ€œCheongGyeongChae DoenJangMuChim (์ฒญ๊ฒฝ์ฑ„ ๋œ์žฅ ๋ฌด์นจ)โ€.
For the last vegan side-dish, I will show you how to make soybean sprout japchae called โ€œKongNaMul JapChae (์ฝฉ๋‚˜๋ฌผ ์žก์ฑ„) in Korean.
