Jamaican Meatless Red Peas Soup| Jamaican Style Soup| Vegetable Soup? Vegan Red Peas Soup|
Enjoy this one pot Jamaican Soup any day of the week.

INGREDIENTS:
– 2 cups wheat flour
– 1 1/2 cups red kidney bean
– 2 medium size carrots
– 2 medium size sweet potatoes
– 2 medium size Irish potatoes
– 1 corn
– 1/2 vegetable soup
– 1/2 pumpkin cook noodle
– 2 stalks scallion
– handful thyme
– 1 scotch bonnet pepper
– 1 plantain
– 2 cups pumpkin
– 1 cup butternut

INSTRUCTIONS
1) Soak peas overnight or 2-3 hours. Add 4 cups of water and pressure for 20 minutes.
2) Diced all the vegetable and knead flour.
3) Transfer peas to pot and then add all the provision ( sweet potato, corn, irish, pumpkin) and cook for 5 mins.
4) Crushed pumpkin for more flavour and richness. Add dumplings, plantain, thyme, scallion, noodles and stir. Stir so the noodles doesnt stick to the bottom of the pot. Cook for 10 mins.
5) Enjoy warm.Excess can be added to the refrigerator or freezer.
