1 ½ taza de almendras crudas *
¾ taza empaquetada Medjool Dates *, sin hueso y picada
3 cucharadas de cacao en polvo
¼ de cucharadita de sal
1 – 2 cucharadas de agua filtrada
Para el llenado:

1 taza de mantequilla de almendras sin sal *
12.3 oz de tofu sedoso , escurrido
1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
½ cucharadita de sal
8 oz de chocolate no lácteo, derretido
Para cubrir:

6 oz de frambuesas frescas
Almendras picadas y semillas de cacao ( opcional )

Primero, prepara la corteza. Agregue las almendras crudas a un procesador de alimentos o licuadora de alta velocidad y presione hasta que se forme una comida gruesa. Luego agregue los dátiles Medjool, el cacao en polvo y la sal; presione hasta que estén bien combinados. Vierta 1-2 cucharadas de agua filtrada para ayudar a que la "masa" se pegue más, si es necesario.
Transfiera la base de la tarta a un molde para tarta o tarta engrasado o forrado y presione uniformemente alrededor de los bordes. Colóquelo en el refrigerador para permitir que la corteza se asiente mientras prepara el relleno.
Agregue el tofu sedoso, la mantequilla de almendras, el extracto de vainilla y la sal al mismo procesador de alimentos (¡no es necesario enjuagar!). Procese hasta que el tofu se haya descompuesto y se forme una "masa" suave y uniforme. Derrita el chocolate en el microondas o en un baño maría, luego viértalo en la mezcla de tofu. Mezcle hasta que todo esté uniformemente incorporado; la mezcla estará espesa y es posible que deba raspar los lados de su aparato con una espátula.
Transfiera el relleno de chocolate a la bandeja para tartas y use una espátula para esparcirlo uniformemente. Coloque la tarta en el refrigerador durante otros 20-30 minutos, para permitir que el chocolate se asiente. El relleno quedará firme al tacto una vez que esté listo.
Retirar del refrigerador y cubrir con frambuesas y cualquier otro ingrediente que desee. ¡Cortar, servir y disfrutar! Guarde las sobras en el refrigerador hasta por una semana.

I tried the caramels and WOW! I used tahini and had my husband smell the mixture without telling him what it was, it has such a caramelly smell and flavor!
