100g frozen cauliflower
100g frozen butternut squash
1/4 cup water
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Toppings: Koro quinoa pops, banana slices, crushed oreos, cacao nibs

Sprirulina latte:
300ml almond milk
MYPROTEIN flavour drop
1/4 tsp blue spirulina from KORO
