Recipe’s

1 Potato
red onion
2 x kidney beans
2 x tinned tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
A handful of fresh coriander
Vegan cheese (optional)
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chilli
Salt and pepper to taste

Rice Noodles
Rice noodles £1
Stir fry veg
ginger
2 cloves of garlic
2-3 tbsp soy sauce
1-2 tbsp maple syrup (sub for brown sugar)
Handful of coriander
optional coconut oil, peanut oil, vegan rice wine vinegar, lime juice
