I wanted to share my take on some of my favourite Caribbean dishes! Including vegan salt fish fritters! By all means, every island makes things slightly different so feel free to follow your own seasonings/spices/herbs with some plant-based sources instead of meat and fish :D! You can also use mock mean in this recipes if that’s your thannnng! Hope ya’ll enjoy xxx

Vegetable Stock ( roughly 2 cups, you can add more depending on how much ‘gravy’ you want and you can thicken it up with flour, corn starch etc)
