This Vegetable Korma recipe is made in restaurant style, the type of gravy you get in restaurants like the Saravana Bhavan Style. This vegetable gravy has all the goodness of vegetables and is an easy to make recipe at home. This mixed vegetable curry is made in an one pot recipe by cooking all the vegetables in the same pan. I don’t boil the vegetables separately add add them because I don’t want to waste the nutrients in the water. Hence we will make our curry in the same water.
