Vegetarian Laing
(Taro Leaves in Coconut Cream)

My vegetarian version of laing.
No meat.
No seafood.
Simple and easy to cook.

Ingredients:
– dried gabi leaves (taro leaves)
– gata (coconut cream) fresh preferrably
– black bean sauce (optional) for extra flavour and adds deep colour
– chilli
– ginger
– onion
– garlic
– salt and pepper to taste
