Good old toad in the hole. What’s not to love about the comfort of a quality sausage cradled by a toasty golden Yorkshire, on a cold, wet day? Jamie’s whipping his batter up with a twist of beer, and serving it with gravy made punchy with brown sauce, and some gorgeous greens. It’s a total banger of a dish! Go on, warm up your day with Jamie’s toad in the hole.
