Did you freeze and thaw out your tofu before using it in that butter chickn? Or was it just pressed? I tried doing butter tofu but it’s always spongy πŸ˜‚ anyways thanks for the recipes!

I never tried groundnut oil and well never heard of it until now what is that? Is that the same s as walnut oil? And if I can’t find it what’s a good substitute for it?
