Which burgers did you use? I used to buy beyond burgers but the saturated fat is now even higher when they were first launched so I avoid them now, wish I could find a nice vegan burger alternative…. got your new book. Love it 😍 when’s the next cookbook due?

Richmond vegan sausages work well too instead of the burger patties – just be sure to take the skin off first!
