What’s the best other than baked spaghetti for the weekend lunch!

Recipe:

For ragu :
1cup homemade vegan ground meat
4 fresh tomato
2 tbsp tomato paste or ketchup
1 big onion
4 garlic
1tsp Italian seasoning
1 zucchini
1 eggplant
1tsp Pepper
1 1/2tsp Salt
1tsp Chili flakes
1tsp Sugar
1tsp mushroom powder (Optional)

Béchamel sauce:
450ml milk
3tbsp salted butter
2tbsp flour
1/4tsp pepper
3/4tsp nutmeg

1/2 pack of spaghetti (adjust with the size of your dish)
Mozzarella/parmesan for topping
